Salsa Cruda
(Mary Chadsey)
    6 peeled fresh tomatoes (or canned whole tomatoes)
    2 or 3 garlic cloves (peeled)
    6 green onions
    4-6 yellow chili peppers (bottled)
    2 tablespoons vinegar from pepper jar
    2 cans green chilies (chopped)
    1 bunch of cilantro leaves (chopped without stems)
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    Chop all ingredients and mix together. Taste and add whatever you need to spice it up (or down).
