Honey Pumpkin Pie

    1/3 Cup Sugar
    3/4 teaspoon ginger
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon cloves
    1 teaspon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/4 Cup honey
    2 Cups pumpkin
    1 Cup evaporated milk
    2 eggs, unbeaten
    1 unbaked pie shell (10")

Mix sugar and spices together. Heat milk, add with eggs. Beat well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425 ° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 ° for 35 minutes.

Makes a very large pie.
