Caesar Salad

    1 garlic clove (chopped)
    1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    2 or 3 drops worchester sauce
    1/2 lemon
    1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1/2 can chopped anchovies (optional)

    Put kosher salt into bottom of small bowl. Mash the chopped garlic into the kosher salt. Add mayonnaise, worchester, and lemon juice. Mix well. Pour olive oil into mixture until you like the texture. Add parmesan cheese and optional anchovies.

    Serve over romaine lettuce.
